To provide essential information to the distribution channels we have developed a "Certificate of Quality". This document will be issued on deliveries from integrated farmers. The document gives important background quality information on the fish delivered from this system.

The "Certificate of Quality" documented by Coast thus gives priority to information regarding:

• Biological /Genetical Origin of the Fish
• ID and Traceability of the Fish
• Growth Conditions
• Specific Fishmeat Quality
